NEXAIZ was founded and is led by Nour Machlah, a policy advisor, international program leader, and public speaker with over 10 years of experience working across Europe and Latin America. His background spans migration and asylum policy, social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, and youth empowerment, giving NEXAIZ a depth of perspective that most training providers simply don't have.
